Paulina makes you feel so comfortable, she is genuinely the first therapist I've been to where I've not felt awkward and self conscious. She fully explained what was going to happen and what to expect immediately afterwards and over the next few days/weeks. Looking forward to my next visit already!

Paulina is so lovely and completely puts you at ease. She explains the procedure fully - what's going to happen, how it might feel, what to expect afterwards (in the immediate term and ongoing) and lets you know what's going on as she's performing the treatment which for a first timer was very reassuring.
