David was absolutely brilliant — he made me feel really welcome from the moment I walked in. He listened carefully to what I wanted, offered helpful advice, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I had a lovely hydrofacial and dermaplaning session with Ellie. I am a fairly socially awkward person but Ellie made me feel at ease from the get go. My skin now feels incredibly smooth, fresh and literally glowing. It was a lovely experience and 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone who would like to treat themselves!
