I had a 55mins massage focussing on my back, neck and shoulders, but also had a head and face massage during that time. I absolutely LOVED it! I felt so well taken care of and listened to. I have fibromyalgia and am hypermobile, so get lots of joint pain. This was such a wonderful massage. My knots are massive and not always need lots of pressure. Kate was brilliant, and sorted my nightmare back out. It felt like such a lovely luxurious massage, in a beautiful treatment room....I will definitely be back 🥰

I had the most the most fabulous massage on Friday, it was so relaxing and exactly what I wanted. I filled in a consultation form before the appointment and added some preferences, which were listened to and the pressure was double checked at the beginning of the session to make sure I was comfortable. Small things like this are really appreciated. The studio is bright and fresh and everything about Refined Radiance Beauty is inviting. The experience was amazing! I booked a deep tissue massage as I had tension & pain in my shoulder & down my arm. Kate took time to understand the issue and tailored the massage to ensure I received maximum benefit. The massage was perfect! I left feeling relaxed & my shoulder released. The salon is beautiful and Kate is highly professional, very experienced and super passionate about her work. This was my first visit and I have already booked my next appointment.
