I recently tried a belly fat freezing treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Mandy made me feel comfortable and well-informed about the entire process. She explained how the procedure works, what to expect, and answered all my questions patiently. I had a wonderful hot stone massage that really helped to get the knots out of my back. So relaxing at the same time. Plus, I had a lovely mini facial which products that smelled lush and it felt great and my skin looks brighter afterwards. Chelsea really knows what she's doing.

Easily the best facial I’ve ever had! Micheal was absolutely lovely and explained everything in depth which was really helpful for my skin journey! 100% worth every penny and I’ve booked the High Frequency block booking of 5 appointments which will hopefully help with my skin concerns in the long run. Can not recommend Essential Recovery enough, over all perfect experience!!

Had a great experience with Mandy at teeside fat freezing. Explained everything in detail an is on top of her brief. I had the belly buster and it was painless just a little uncomfortable for about 2 minutes also had a few skin tags removed. On a personal note Mandy was great, very chatty and bubbly, my 3 and half hours seemed like 10 minutes. Highly recommend the service and I’m looking forward to the results in the next few months.

Had a lovely experience at TFF for my HIFU treatment. The process was well explained and questions were answered honestly and with clarity. The treatment itself takes time to show results so hard to comment on that yet. However, the treatment process was great. I was comfortable throughout and Mandy was friendly and chatty throughout so the time flew by. Would definitely come here again for future treatments.
