You can tell straight away that they genuinely care about the health of your hair, not just how it looks when you walk out. The whole salon felt really warm and welcoming. Everyone was lovely and made the experience feel relaxed rather than rushed. Madison did my colour and Kelly did my cut, and both were amazing. So much attention to detail and real knowledge about hair. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

I had my first Botox appointment with Tammy and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was calm, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease from the start. The treatment itself was quick and professional, and I felt I was in very safe, experienced hands throughout. The salon is welcoming and relaxed, not pushy or rushed at all. Am only in Lincoln a couple of days and looked for a spot to have my hair done while I'm here. Even though there was a hiccup with my appointment I was delighted to have a gorgeous cut and finish, just what I asked for and very easy to put up with a bit of glam for my night out tonight or to leave down straight or with a bit of volume. I've not got the best hair, quite thin from menopause damage and age and relentless dying to keep the grey at bay but it looks fab and made me feel great which I really am in need of right now. Lovely salon, delicious tea, lovely stylist! Top notch.
