Had an amazing facial with Hattie in her great therapy space in Lichfield centre, She created a bespoke facial with lots of products I hadn't tried before, very calming, came out radiant! Hattie is lovely but also very professional. Highly recommend, I will go back regularly.

Dr Gill is welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the natural-looking results—nothing overdone. The clinic was clean, modern, and very well-organised, which added to the overall positive experience. I felt genuinely cared for throughout. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering Botox or any other facial treatments. The level of care and excellent treatment I received truly stood out.

Jemma is always so welcoming at appointments, she is very thorough and puts you at ease throughout your treatment. She does an amazing job and I would highly recommend her for any laser hair removal treatments!

Chloe is incredible! You leave your treatment feeling on top of the world, she is a beautiful person inside and out! She’s so knowledgeable and talks you through all your treatments and educates you on what is good for you. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my skin! Fabulous treatment once again! Nuyu is by far the best salon for all beauty and hair treatments. Professional, Friendly Staff from Reception to treatment rooms. You have a nice hot drink of your choice too! I Came out feeling relaxed and beautiful Thank you to all the Staff 💐x

I booked a facial for my mom with Lottie, and I’ve not seen my mom look so relaxed in so so long. Her skin looked amazing and she has not stopped talking about how amazing the whole experience was. Thank you so much for looking after her and making it a lovely relaxing experience for her.

Chloe is absolutely amazing and an expert in any treatment she delivers. I’ve been to Chloe for a range of treatments, the most recent being a pregnancy massage. I have now had 2 bespoke facials and a head spa with Hattie and every treatment has been fab! She listens and tailors the treatment to your skin's needs and the results are great. Hattie is so lovely too! :)

If you are looking to have excellent quality service and care then Nuyu is the place to go in Lichfield. I had the 1hr Mainicure treatment at Nuyu with Emily this week. She took great care of me and my nails look beautiful. I will be back again soon!
