Her attention to detail is exceptional, and she consistently delivers results that are precise, natural, and tailored to me. She is also incredibly accommodating with appointments, which I really appreciate. Sonya is truly professional, warm, and meticulous, and I always feel completely confident in her hands. Rather concerned but no need to be. Sarah was lovely and kept checking I was ok. The results are fabulous. She also put a little more arch in my eyebrows. Sarah was patient and put me at ease. I'm moving in next week so can keep getting treatments! 🤣. Sarah is also aways on hand for advice and aftercare ❤️

So friendly and welcoming, and my eyebrows look amazing!

Listened closely to my worries and concerns, never had this treatment before. Was a little uncomfortable but with more numbing cream I was surprised when it was completed! End result exactly what I asked for! Was great to hear that if after two days anything I wasn't quite 100% with just could go back. I'm so pleased with the result. Thank you so much x
