The venue is amazing, cosy, clean and welcoming. Nigel and Eva are exceptionally friendly and it is always nice to come to a session. I am getting useful advices and positive reinforcement, also Nigel and Eva are always cheerful and supportive. I can highly recommend Astrabody

Fantastic experience - we did the duo treatments. We were made to feel very welcome and instantly felt very comfortable. The infrabikes provided a challenging but low impact workout. Great that you can select multiple programmes and change resistance levels to suit all abilities! You definitely need a change of clothes when you are done, as per website instructions!!! The suprasculpt treatment was relaxing to do afterwards and felt amazing. Again good that can control the level / intensity over the 30 minutes session. Would highly recommend and we will definitely do again!!
