Just had my monthly facial . I recently had Covid and my skin wasn’t feeling great . Katie soon had it feeling tip top again . Also had eyebrow tint and waxing lovely treatment. Always a great experience at The Elms .

I was treated to a very excellent and professional experience. I had the body scrub and massage treatment and left feeling amazing and refreshed. The staff are well trained and very knowledgeable to give you an amazing treatment. Definitely recommend and will return.

Always lovely to see Rebecca. She is always obliging when I need to modify my treatments on the day.

I recently had my first visit to Mediface for a hydrofacial treatment, and I can't recommend them enough! I attended today, for a consultation. I have never been to this salon before, but as soon as I walked through the door, Ewelina put me at ease straight away. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of my questions and explained the procedure in great detail, including aftercare advice. The salon is lovely and Ewelina offers a wide variety of treatments. I would highly recommend this salon and I can’t wait to come back, to get the treatment done!

Today I experienced a Elemis facial with Katie and I can confidently say it was amazing. From the moment I walked in,I was greeted with a friendly atmosphere. Katie’s professionalism shone through as she talked to me about my treatment. The combination of soothing music, calming scents. Katie creating a serene environment that allowed me to unwind and left feeling refreshed and my skin felt rejuvenated and glowing. This lady is amazing! She offers a wide range of affordable & quality treatments. She explains everything in detail & is very professional. I suffer from anxiety & Ewelina was really understanding & reassured me from the beginning. She is so patient & kind. She put me at ease straight away. I was scared about getting any treatments done but she advised me on the best one for me & what would and wouldn't work. I wouldn't go anywhere else now she really is the best at what she does. Her knowledge and expertise means you're in the best hands and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin care.

Katie is warm, welcoming and very professional. Offers lots of advice/guidance alongside the treatments. I’ve had builder gel nails which have lasted fantastically. A facial with neck, shoulder and scalp massage which was very relaxing - highly recommend!!. Pedicure with gels nails today. Thank you Katie looking forward to my next treat to myself x
