A wonderful experience with Sophie. Incredibly professional. Sophie explained the treatment in detail and made me feel totally at ease. Her expertise and knowledge is evident. Verity is fantastic. I can't rate her enough. She did everything she could before, during and after my treatment to understand what I wanted from my facial. She also ensured the experience was 100% tailored to me and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. Hands down one of the best treatments I've ever had and I'd highly recommend her. Can't wait for my next visit!

Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

I tried a new facial treatment. I was recommended by Daniela. The result was amazing. I hadn't seen my skin so glowing and feeling well! My face looks younger without any exaggerations. She won me so much by her her professionalism and choice of recommendation. It is needless to say how great is her service. If you have already experienced it, you know what I mean. For the money I spent i got a way more value than I expected.

All round a great experience - I would give 10 stars if I could! It has taken me a while to find somewhere to have my waxing done I feel comfortable, but I will be coming back to Cotswold Skin Studio indefinitely! The environment was lovely, easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and welcoming and my waxing was done brilliantly - no issues at all. I felt so welcome and at ease throughout the whole appointment and had a good chit chat which was lovely! I am already booked for Feb and cannot wait.

This was my first visit to Sophie Saunders Skin Care and I’ve booked to go back. She really is amazing. Her knowledge of skin goes deeper than most other people in her industry. She took time to really review my skin, my routine, the products I used. She talked about ingredients to avoid and what would work best. I felt that I had a totally bespoke service. Not just a routine beauty treatment, but something that only an expert could deliver. She tells everything in detail, step by step, and explains what the next step will be. treatments and cosmetics are selected exactly for the skin. I highly recommend it.

This was the best massage I've had , it was sensational. Not only the treatment but the hospitality from the lovely ladies that work there. This was my first time at Silver Spa and I most definitely will be returning . The staff make you feel comfortable and welcome as soon as you step inside . Greeted with smiles and nice conversation, you can tell these ladies actually care about the quality they bring . I will be recommending this spa to everyone and look forward to returning. Affordable treatments but definitely do not cut back on quality! Thank you !

Magda is the most wonderful and talented person ever. She always makes me feel special when I am having my treatment. She gave me back my eyebrows and changed my face completely like I was 20 again. I highly recommend her, she is very professional.

I had my first treatment with Grace this evening and I would absolutely recommend. Grace is very personable and professional, and I can’t wait to book again with her. It was a beautiful treatment, very relaxing and in comparison with other lymphatic treatments I’ve received from other therapists, this was my best experience. Thank you so much 🫶🏼

Alice was warm, genuine and professional. I had a lovely facial and we discussed other treatments - I felt she listened to my concerns and did not try to 'up-sell'. I will be returning!

Daniella was brilliant. Smooth booking of appointment for milia removal. Arrived for appointment, she looked at my skin and straight away recommended a treatment. Counted the milias and then told me a price prior to doing the procedure. Good advice given for after care. Will definitely return when I need to.
