This was the best consultation I’ve had. Busola was informative, understanding and ensured she took her time to listen to all my concerns. I was not rushed. She didn’t tell me to start using tretinoin which appears to be the trend, however, advised me on products that are going to target my current skin concerns (a simple skincare routine). I have been going to Dan for over 3 years for various treatments. I am a 35 year old female with autism and anxiety and very specific about treatments and communication during. I have had multiple sessions of pico on my neck tattoo and pigmentation removal yesterday. Dan is the most informative educated calm collected reassuring and comfortable professional I have been around in a long time. My appointment was at 12:00 pm but due to a road closure, I arrived at 12:20 pm. Dan was very understanding, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. Rather concerned but no need to be. Sarah was lovely and kept checking I was ok. The results are fabulous. She also put a little more arch in my eyebrows. Sarah was patient and put me at ease. Listened closely to my worries and concerns, never had this treatment before. Was a little uncomfortable but with more numbing cream I was surprised when it was completed! I had my first lip filler today and I was so scared but it was no where near as bad as everyone made out. I think that was largely down to the care Georgia took and the fact she calmed me well beforehand.
