Brilliant customer service, very friendly, efficient and excellent at their profession. I had my hair and eye brows waxed and throughout my first time going was made to feel welcome and at ease throughout my time and my hair and eyebrows look amazing. Would highly recommend and next time I'm in Carmarthen I will be visiting again. Thanks ladies 😊👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always a lovely stress-free visit. I've noticed the wide range of customers ages and amazed at the services- hair extensions, hair treatments and stunning colours being produced. I'm Audhd and sometimes struggle but Victoria and the staff put me at ease from the first enquiry and I always feel safe. I have my go-to stylist, Angie and I adore her. She knows when and I trust her implicitly x

Fabulous service and friendly staff. I went for the moroccanoil deep conditioning treatment followed by a cut and blow dry with Kayleigh. She was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. I highly recommend the salon and the stylist. Looking forward to my next visit.

Very lovely welcome and friendly staff at carmarthen. It is very good to know there is a salon in Kidwelly which is closer to where I live.🙂

I had my first appointment at La'torias Carmarthen, Keily cut my hair exactly as I wanted. She was so bubbly, kind and took great care of me. Thanks, I definitely will come back 👏♥️

First visit today at La’torias Carmarthen and I couldn’t be happier! Laura cut my hair exactly how I wanted (a rare miracle) with such a gentle touch I’m convinced she could defuse a bomb while making tea. She was warm, talkative, and genuinely interested — proper conversation, not forced small talk. The salon felt calm and uncrowded, so relaxing. I left feeling fabulous, like the star of a shampoo ad, and will 100% be back for more magic! Thank you for an amazing service Laura. 😍
