So informative, everytime I meet Tracey I learn something new! Today I had my first ever skin-pen treatment. I was expecting it to hurt but it felt really comfortable- satisfying even (the feeling of the pen on the skin) Looking forward to using my new skincare at home and coming back for more skin pen in 4 weeks! Tracey is a true professional! I had post Botox and filler consultation today which surpassed expectations! Tracey reviewed the effects of the treatment she gave - undertook a full clinical assessment and offered a few ‘tweaks’. I was 99.99% happy with treatment so far - the physical (and emotional) transformations have been phenomenal people saying I look ‘well’ (not tired/ stressed). As all treatments affect people differently-Tracey does this ‘post treat’ evaluation to ensure 100% satisfaction ! - I’ve had a 1st class experience and will return - I would recommend her to anyone!

Tracey is a phenomenal professional. She confidently went through all potential side effects of treatments and made sure I knew all about the whole procedure. I then received exactly what I wanted.
