I just finished my first package of 6 sessions for laser hair removal on my armpits and lower legs, which I started last February. Susan and Eva were both very accommodating and made every session comfortable. During the first three sessions, my hair started growing back after about 3 weeks, but over time, it took longer—around 4 to 6 weeks—before regrowth. I’m Asian with a brown skin tone, and the treatment worked really well for me. Overall, I’m happy with the results and the service!

I had a really pleasant experience during my facial. The esthetician was gentle, professional, and explained each step of the process. My skin felt very clean, hydrated, and noticeably smoother right after the treatment. I highly recommend the Hydra facial at this clinic! The aesthetician was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right treatment for my sensitive skin condition (eczema). I had one of the best deep tissue massages today with Alisha, and I’m genuinely so impressed by her skill and attention to detail. She was incredibly professional and intuitive throughout the entire session. She even noticed tightness in my jaw muscles and took the time to work on them, which made a huge difference. Her pressure was perfectly controlled, the techniques were effective, and I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and much more mobile. You can tell she truly cares about her clients’ well-being and customizes the treatment instead of just following a routine.

The waxing treatments I received were amazing. They paid great attention to my skin and sensitivities, making sure I was comfortable throughout. Most importantly, they did the Brazilian wax properly—unlike my last experience elsewhere, where I was charged double for only half the service. Amazing experience. It was my first time with this type of treatment, and I was delighted. Garnet's treatment is incredible. She explains everything very well, teaches you, and is a true professional.

I had a complimentary birthday facial & microdermabrasion. Nunu, my aesthetician was amazing. I left feeling relaxed & my skin looking great. I also had a free consult with the doctor, & he answered all my questions & explained some procedures that would best benefit my skin. I left with a big smile cos everyone was amazing. I had my laser treatment with Uga in Aigre bloom and she is so wonderful, friendly and very professional in her work. She explains everything very nicely and feels us so comfortable when we are with her. I felt so happy having sessions with her the way she is doing the treatments. I had a full body waxing done and honestly, it was such a smooth experience literally! Harjot was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The place was super clean and well-organized, which put me at ease right away. Pain was minimal (way better than I expected!), and she took their time to make sure there was no sticky residue left.
