I’ve been undergoing laser hair removal treatments at Alphadermis Aesthetic Clinic with Edin, and I can confidently say the experience has exceeded all expectations. From the moment I had my first consultation, Edin’s professionalism, knowledge, and calming presence put me at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire laser process—what to expect, how many sessions I might need, and how to care for my skin before and after each treatment. The Facial was great, I left with the redness gone and much clearler skin, Ayla was very informative and friendly I enjoyed her company. The only issue I had was the next guy showed up half why through my appointment and sat in the treatment room with us after saying he was making a point because he would usually show up late. I felt uncomftable as he sat right next to all my belongings and didn't leave the room (or was not asked to come back for his appointment). I wouldnt come back unless there would be a seperate waiting room to treatment room so I would not be watched by a stranger.

Eden was an absolute superstar. He was so professional as he explained everything to me about my skin and what products I should be using in my skin care routine to benefit to my needs. This was my first experience with anything skin care related. I had microdermabrasion or the “alphadermis facial” and oh my goodness I have never been so impressed with how my skin looked! My therapist was Edin and he took so much time and effort into making my skin glow. He performed extractions on my face and when he showed me the cotton pads I was blown away! I never would have thought that he could get those pesky spots away! My skin was smooth, clear and noticeably refreshed. Edin also took time to educate me about how our skin works and how to properly take care of it. This facial was worth every single cent and I cannot wait to go back! THANKYOU!

Sunny is extremely good at her job! She explains in great detail, the total process for your particular treatment. Also explains alternative treatments that may suit your needs. Never pushy just professional and informative. Sunny is pleasant and listens to your concerns as well as explaining outcome possibilities of the procedures. The girls were wonderful as always and very welcoming. Unfortunately the treatments haven't worked on the lower area of my face. Iin fact xx with tge extra assistance in two different treatments, i found today that nothing has changed, and the wrinkles are deeper on the lower area of my face than what they were.. Unfortunately all the products apart from the botox was not suitable.
