Very pleasant. The store is newly opened and has been anxiously awaited since e it's announced coming son announcement. The operator., Ms. Jamie ----(I did not recall her last name), was very experienced and easy to talk to. I am so pleased we have a salon in our Senior Living area. Not having to leave and drive outside our quarters is a big plus. I have already scheduled a return visit for more service. I have been going to a med spa for years now and cannot even compare their facials to the one I got from Taylor. She hands down pampered me and provided the best facial I've ever had. She's phenomenal!!
