Natasha is fantastic. Quick and as painless as waxing can be! Lovely and friendly. Never thought I’d look forward to a waxing appointment but I always do. The finish is great - I’m silky smooth! So glad to have found this salon after trying a couple I didn’t get on with.

Brilliant as always. I had a Manicure, Spa Pedicure and a Luxury Facial and wow , what an amazing experience. Thank you Joanna 🙂 left the salon feeling pampered and relaxed. I’ve been in many salons in Sheffield and Joanna is by far the best. Extremely knowledgeable and top quality products. If I could give more stars I would.

First time here and it was great! Fee was so friendly and welcoming, also very gentle with the waxing. I just had an eyebrow wax but my eyebrows now look great and perfectly back in shape.

I can highly recommend Elite Waxing for a comfortable, quality, smooth wax. It is a Lovely salon with professional and friendly staff who are meticulous at ensuring a smooth wax using techniques to minimise discomfort. The salon is thoroughly clean and hygienic, wax strips and sticks are used once and binned straight away. They must go through hundreds of them! The online booking system is easy to use and I like being able to view the availability and choose a suitable time. A big thank you to Amy, simply thee best waxer 💓

My mum recently had the pleasure of visiting Heaven Beauty by Joanna for a gel polish manicure and pedicure, and the experience exceeded our expectations. First time I have been here and Fee explained everything as she went along. Didn’t feel embarrassed at all (even with the intimate waxing) as she was really professional and friendly. Not been for many waxes but definitely the best experience I’ve had and the least painful due to the technique she uses. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again without hesitation. I absolutely loved my treatment today! It was my first time having intimate waxing and I felt really anxious, but the therapist reassured me and made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything and let me know I could take a break anytime if I needed to. Surprisingly, it barely hurt — on a scale of 10, I’d only rate the pain a 2, I’m so happy with the experience and can’t wait to book again.
