Lauren has done my hairs for years and I would not go anywhere else ! She listens and knows exactly what you want and in my case tells Me what I don’t want !!! All the girls and so lovely , all get on together and make you welcome. You will not find a better team anywhere- fantastic salon . 🙂

Emma is just consistently wonderful! Love the magic you've worked on the salon too! It's just an altogether fantastic, professional yet homely place to go and be pampered (or have your hair ripped out- she even makes that almost relaxing!). Thank you Emma :)

Absolutely loved my eyebrows and my mum came along for hers to be done as well and she said how comfortable she was made to feel and how lovely Sarah and all the staff are at the salon, she was very happy with her brows as well, thankyou so much

First time at this beauty salon, made welcome and will be returning, so convenient above the gym I use daily

sarah is so understanding and knowledgeable, she really puts you at ease throughout the appointment and regularly checks in to make sure everything’s okay and there’s no discomfort

As always Charlene was friendly and professional in the relaxing surroundings of Charisma Salon. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my treatments. Charisma has now been open for 17 years with a loyal customer base, so Charlene must be doing something right!
