Fantastic! I booked here for the first time as nowhere esle had available time to suit me. From the moment I arrived the welcome I received was super friendly and the service excellent. I've had waxing treatments for over 35 years and this lady knows exactly how to treat delicate bikini areas! Absolutely would recommend and I shall be booking again.

It was my first time bikini waxing. Zarah was very welcoming and talked me through the whole process. The appointment went by in a blink. But the place is a bit confusing to find for a customer who's never been there before.

This was my third time booking in with Zarah, I have been in for brow lamination, lash lift and body waxing and at each appointment Zarah was very professional but also very welcoming and friendly. She puts you at ease and makes sure you are comfortable throughout and goes above and beyond for her customers. I was nervous before my first appointment as in the past I have had my eyebrows over waxed/ tweezed which I told Zarah but she did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. She gives great aftercare advice also!

I went to Salon 81 for a Hollywood Wax after having a not so good experience at another salon. I was apprehensive about my appointment because of my previous experience but within minutes of being there I felt so comfortable. April was incredibly friendly and kind. She was very professional, conversational and reassuring throughout the whole process and made it as painless as a waxing appointment can be! Super pleased with the results. Couldn’t recommend enough!! I will definitely be going back.

Honestly had a nice time getting my eyebrows done from the lovely Zahra. She explained the whole process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The results were fantastic – my brows were perfectly shaped. I’ve never trusted anyone with my eyebrows but she did such a great job. Zarah was professional & clearly experienced. She explained the process & made sure I was comfortable throughout. The waxing itself was quick, so this definitely minimised pain. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the beauty room. Everything was sanitised & the use of disposable tools made me feel very safe🫶🏻

April is always lovely and great at what she does. I go for waxing and laser and have always been thrilled with the results.
