Very warm and welcoming experience. Had eyelashes done by Bristy and she was lovely and friendly and made me feel comfortable during the whole session. Will definitely recommend eyebrows and eyelashes in this salon 🙂

Lally is so lovely and is amazing at what she does. I get acrylic and nail art as well as an eyebrow wax each time I go and I always love both. Flawless is a lovely salon and I would highly recommend Lally x

Anna did an amazing job on my hair as always! ☺️ She won’t start my hair until she has gone through the entire appointment with me and knows I’m happy with what she is going to do! She always takes the time to listen to what I ask her and explains it till I get it, and mostly that I’m happy with what she is going to do! I am always happy when I leave the salon 🥰

Best beauty salon in Liverpool. Only salon that can do my lashes as the beauticians listen to my request. I travel from the Wirral as the salons closer are a waste of money. Always offers and good value for money. Safe and clean salon which offers lots of different treatments. They have an app that is easy to use with prices and treatments available. Also you can collect loyalty points which can get you discounts. I would highly recommend and hope Lilly’s remains in business for many years.

Took my daughter here, and Cheryl was just lovely! Gave great advice for both my daughters and my own hair care, both stylists were friendly and warm, and prices were reasonable for both the services and the products they recommended. Would very much recommend Denise Thompson hair salons to anyone that wants stylists that care about your hair and scalp health.

Anna made my hair lovely. The colour and cut was perfect and it made me feel great about myself! She was friendly and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable that she was going to do a good job. The whole atmosphere in the salon was welcoming and friendly.
