Absolutely 5 stars! I had a half leg & bikini wax with Sammie and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the process, answering all my questions with confidence and care. Sammie is also so friendly and easy to chat with, which made the appointment fly by. The wax itself was much less painful than I anticipated, and the results were super smooth. I’ll definitely be returning—highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant waxing experience!

Fabulous, my first time visiting and certainly won't be my last ,had a brow tint and wax which looks really lovely and shellac nails ,all I can say is wow they're the nicest that I've ever had, Ian is such a friendly guy and puts you at ease straight away,see you in three weeks for my next appointment 🩷

Great experience for laser hair removal. Libby was friendly and confident. She was very knowledgeable explaining the treatment to me and made me feel very relaxed. Would 100% recommend! 🤩

This was my first visit to MiaBella and definitely not my last. Sammie is so warm and bubbly – she instantly put me at ease before my waxing and made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxed. The salon itself is beautiful – an oasis of calm and tranquility, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel you’ve stepped away from the outside world.

I’ve been coming to Lois at Serenity for quite a while and she is amazing. She makes me feel so comfortable in whatever treatment I’m having. She’s the best at spray tanning - I have one every week and she does a fabulous job shaping my brows. I was always nervous to get a bikini wax but Lois puts you so at ease and the results are perfect.
