Every technician here is fabulous and I have never left disappointed. I had the pleasure of having Versha as my technician again today. She is so lovely and extremely competent in her trade, especially when choosing the perfect colour for my lashes and brows. I love this salon and always have a wonderful time here.

I was beyond impressed with Danni's service, this is the best active facial I've ever had in Australia! I usually find peels are rushed in salons that lean into their 'cosmeceutical' side and generally I find relaxing treatments aren't effective enough, this was an active level 2 peel with all the love and relaxation of a day spa, I loved the face, head, neck, shoulder and atm massage. Cannot recommend DLV enough, I'll be back (and I'm so excited).

Had my nails(full many and pedicure) and eyebrow waxing done here today. The nails were beyond amazing. Care to detail and addressing my concerns, making sure i was happy at each stage. Emily was totally amazing!. The waxing itself was good to to, the lady that did that for me did the good job and the finished result was good to. only nit pick is that oil she applied after the waxing. didn't suit me, I would have preferred a lotion if given the option. But the over all service itself is AMAZING. Definitely would go back again.

Thanks for fitting me in so soon for a repair job and then a lovely file and polish: they look really nice and I felt like what I wanted was being 'heard', yet I also wanted to hear what the professionals thought would 'do' to keep the nails going until a more major visit next time. That was awesome: I didn't feel as if I was being sold more than I wanted, but they did more than they needed to anyway, which was very kind and professional. It's a lovely salon plus it's easy to park. On time as well! Thank you, ladies, and see you soon.

Lina was great at doing my SNS today. Was thorough and gentle - I have a sore finger and she listened and asked for Hayley’s opinion as well. I have tried other local nail salons in the last 6 months due to work schedules and once again I have returned to Ten for the quality and care.

I had incredibly damaged nails caused by shellac removal with a drill from a different salon. TEN came to the rescue and assisted me. Thank you Hayley for being so gentle. Super happy with my nails and will make sure I only use TEN in the future. TEN team are incredible x

Had my nails done for the first time with Nina. She was friendly and professional. I wish she was a bit more gentle but she was great regardless. I also love the atmosphere of the salon it was very comfortable. Would come by again :)

Danni is honestly the best. She takes such beautiful care of me every time I visit. She is gentle, thorough, and just a lovely energy to be around. Her waxing is hands down the best in the Hills. It is quick, precise, and somehow still relaxing. I always leave feeling so well looked after. I could not recommend her more highly.

I had my first waxing appointment with Danni yesterday and I was so impressed! She was so friendly and welcoming, I felt like I had known her for years. Danni really took the time to get to know me and my needs, and did such a thorough and professional job. I will definitely be back!

The whole experience was excellent: e.g the provision of services, the ambience of the salon and its new location. I would definitely recommend a visit to DVL Skin + Beauty!

For your own well being, Danni is your person. Her attention to detail in all beauty treatments she performs, whether a facial, tinting or waxing it is done in a kind and caring way. She certainly is an expert in her field.

My consultant was very caring and supportive and knowledgeable about the lashes suited to my needs. The waxing and tinting was completed with care and precision. I just found the salon noisy and the music a little too loud!

Had the full treatment eyebrows and lashes. Results were nice. The only thing I don’t like are the layback chairs. I’m an older customer, not young or petite so it was uncomfortable to be in that chair for over an hour. There should be an option of a flat bed like in a beauty salon.

I arrived about 959am for my appointment, that was at 10am I walked in the shop the manger was at the front desk ,she told me they were closed ,and I needed leave the shop and come back at 10 ,, it was about 9.59 am ?So I did ! Never have I been treated that way before , Iv been in the beauty business for more than 20 years and arriving 1-min before my appointment and then told to leave the salon come back 1 min ridiculous she was so rude ,I told I her I have 10 am she replyed yes you need to leave the salon we not open ?? how do you treat a client like that ? no costumer service at all !!

Jasmine and Varsha are both so gentle with waxing and tweezing. My brows look amazing.
