Mark tailors the exercises in each session and pushes me - in a positive and encouraging way - so that I am constantly continuing to make progress. As each visit happens I agree with Mark more and more. I know he is knowledgeable on many health issues. As the weather makes it more conducive to being more active, I am confident that what I am doing other than exercising, I'll be more aware of my body mechanics in order to avoid injury. Mark is moving me up to more strenuous exercises and it's like building blocks. One exercise at a time.

Mark jumped right in with exercises. He also checked out my husband’s abilities. Surprisingly he did better than I expected. Mark feels I’m ready for the next level of competency in my workouts and can do more. I will continue to add more to my workouts besides the 1/2 hour workout.

I know Mark wants me to succeed. He’s patient & determined to help me be the best I can be. I am a 74 year old woman who is just starting to take exercise seriously. Never played in sports, dabbled in yoga and swimming but never ongoing or a part of my life. Fortunately for me I am relatively healthy and capable of doing the exercises and food plan Mark is offering. He may get frustrated with my lack of progress but I am not giving up. Mark is the great support system that I need to succeed to reach my goals.

Mark revisits prior exercises to make sure I am doing them correctly and adds new ones. I aways feel energized after a workout. It's slow going but I feel I am gaining more stability everyday.
