This was hands down the best workout I've had in years! The facility is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and creates such a motivating environment. The owner is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and clearly full of knowledge and experience. She takes the time to guide you, motivate you, and ensure you're getting the most out of your workout — whether you're a beginner or more advanced . My new favorite workout! This was my second time at MG Body Space, and I’m officially hooked. After working out with my trainer, I came in for additional cardio and in just 30 minutes, I burned 999 calories and felt incredible! The owner is also so kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging, which makes the experience even better. This is definitely a must-try workout!

This was such an amazing workout! I typically get bloated everyday but have not felt bloated since doing this workout earlier today (I did the treadmill/stair stepper/roller package). Marina was so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable for my first time. Make sure to have plenty of water!

Absolutley fantastic first experience! I used the roller for 30 minutes, I am going through rehab from knee surgery. My legs were sore and tight from just starting to walk without crutches, I left feeling so much better! I will be back in a few days for treadmill and roller! So welcoming and friendly! Love this place!
