Awesome as usual. Best treatment provider Ive ever used tbh! Nooroa nows exactly where to find problem areas and provide corrective actions. Noticably better afterwards. Combine with infrared sauna and cold plunges at Recovery Hub and get the triple combo remedies!

Our first time ever trying a recovery hub and it was such an amazing experience. We came as a family group and it was especially great for our aunties, uncle, and dad who had never done anything like this before. The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and professiona, they made us feel so welcome and looked after us the whole time. We arrived feeling sore and tight, and left feeling completely relaxed and moving so much better (full squats and burpees again!). Such a positive, comfortable experience from start to finish. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic massage! I chose the recovery option, which was pain free but released a whole lot of tightness and knots in my neck, shoulders, and back. I was at least an inch taller by the end. She's a wizard, highly recommended.

This was our first time doing the sauna at Recovery Hub. It was a grate experience the staff showed us all the facilites, walked us through the process which was nice. Enjoyed the whole experience. We will definitely be back again.

Always a great session with the help of the awesome staff assisting throughout the session at times but also great upgraded on the facility too. If you train a lot during the week you also got to help ot recover so you can keep doing what you enjoy ie training. Definitely recommended it anyday of the week.

As always, excellent time at Recovery Hub. The ice baths were a little lower than usual but nothing too alarming, facilities were tidy and clean, love that there is soap and shampoo in the showers. Also the young girl working was incredibly friendly and kind. She has a great work ethic for a young girl. I love coming here.

Really appreciate the team at Recovery Hub. Was able to try out a variety of services all being so amazing and peaceful and I feel so rejuvenated after my first visit definitely enjoyed every bit of.
