I’ve been attending Cormac for physio for a while now, and like every appointment so far, he was excellent. He really listens, identifies what’s going on, and puts a clear treatment plan in place. I also appreciate the practical ‘homework’ he gives to support recovery between sessions. Highly recommend.

First time getting a full sports massage with cormac, I have had many of different massages over the years BUT that was hands down the best ive ever had. Highly recommend 🙌🙌. I have been to cormac many of times for different issues, he is very knowledgeable and incredible and what he does. Just had an excellent sports massage with Cormac. He has serious knowledge and was able to pinpoint old injuries I wasn’t even aware of. I left feeling noticeably better. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with tension, old sports injuries, or just in need of a proper reset.
