Ross has created a welcoming and judgement free space for people of all abilities and backgrounds to train and recover. He’s passionate about progress and will always tailor my sessions to ensure I get the best out of them (even when I don’t feel like it!). I’d recommend Grow to anyone who’s just starting out or is a seasoned athlete. The coaching from Ross and the facilities available mean everyone can benefit, regardless of where you’re starting from.

I’ve been working with Ross for a few months now, and the results have been fantastic. My primary goal was to maintain muscle mass through consistent strength training, and their expertise has been invaluable. Ross has also helped motivate me to do more exercise at home and getting out with my running club is now a lot easier. 😁

Ross is absolutely brilliant at what he does. I was very anxious about putting myself into a gym setting as it was new to me, but Ross has made me feel so at ease and comfortable, he has built my confidence and I feel so much better within myself. I look forward to my session every week with Ross, he has given me lots of motivation to keep pushing myself and the work is paying off. We are both seeing an improvement in my strength and I am continuously building my confidence achieving my goals I outlined at the start.
