Sophia always takes you through a thorough warm up routine which means no real aches or pains the following day. Sessions are well planned in advance with alternative exercises should a piece of equipment not be available or if I’m finding the exercise difficult due to injury or arthritis. Very encouraging which helps me push myself to achieve more. Really look forward my weekly session.

This was my first massage at aged 62 and I have to say that Soph has converted me, I had a lot of upper body sports related pain and the massage has absolutely sorted me! A relaxing experience delivered by a lovely lady.
