Just had a massage at Bloom Wellbeing and highly recommend it! I saw Ella, who was knowledgeable, attentive, and kept checking in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I felt looked after and at ease. The massage was deeply restorative. I have hEDS, and Ella was fantastic at adapting to offer what felt most supportive/ suitable for my body. I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first experience at Ouseburn Massage Therapy, it definitely won’t be the last. I was given a warm welcome by Ellie, we discussed my troublesome areas, after which Ellie worked her ‘massage magic’. Sadly the hour of massage flew by but I can definitely feel a difference. I got a long massage starting with my legs. I have numerous small troubles over my body and this stretching, turning massage made me feel the hole of my body in a new way. I had a sports massage with Ella and she was really welcoming and friendly. She explained everything really well throughout and explained why I was getting the injuries/all the joint problems. I felt like the massage really helped my muscle injuries and will definitely be going back! Highly recommend going to here :)

I've been having massages with Ellie for a number of years now, but what really impresses me is how Ellie is constantly developing her (already considerable) skills. She has just returned from yet another round of training (more Thai Yoga massage), so my most recent massage had loads of brilliant new techniques to relax and release. Just what my body needed after a eight days camping at Glastonbury. If you're wondering whether to book a massage with Ellie - maybe you've never had one before - just do it! I had my first physiotherapy session with Ellie on Monday, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Ellie was incredibly professional, ensuring that every aspect of my treatment was tailored to my needs. I received dry needling and a massage, both of which were expertly done with great precision and care. The session not only helped relieve tension but also left me feeling refreshed. Great sports massage taking into account the recent injury from the day before. I was noticeably a lot better than the previous months massage, so the interim advice on stretches etc had definitely worked.
