Great massage, I would recommend.

Great deep tissue massage on my back and shoulder, third time now with Saff and it’s really making a difference to my shoulder problem. Lovely peaceful and calm room and Saff puts you at ease and explains everything really thoroughly and offers tips and exercises to do at home, she is extremely knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend.

Saff hits the spots and gives you a good going-over! Knows what she’s on about and can tailor her sessions to whatever is needed.

A few questions to start with to understand my injury and history of problems, followed by an explanation of the work to be done. All through my treatment I was told what was going on. At the end I was shown a few exercises that I should do to help me. I would have no problem recommending sn sports massage and will definitely return. Thank you
