Always a great experience at KB! Kristy is phenomenal (and has great chat!) and Ben provided not only an excellent treatment for my chronically sore shoulder but also gave advice guidance on things to do that will help relieve the pain. Only wish I had more time to come more often!

I've been going to see Ben for a good few years now. If your doing any kind of training or just need to be reset then you have to go for some sports therapy with Ben. Those thumbs of his will get any knot out your back, loosen up those tight calf muscles from running, get those peck and shoulders back firing on all cylinders for your benching. If your spend so much time on your nutrition and training hard in the gym, your body needs to be massaged back to full health. You will feel amazing afterwards. I Highly recommend Ben and those thumbs of his.

JulieAnn was lovely, I had a spot on tarot card reading. I asked my questions at the end and I wasn’t rushed at all, was chatting way longer than my appointment time. Felt completely at ease. I will definitely return and highly recommend
