Fantastic experience - we did the duo treatments. We were made to feel very welcome and instantly felt very comfortable. The infrabikes provided a challenging but low impact workout. Great that you can select multiple programmes and change resistance levels to suit all abilities! You definitely need a change of clothes when you are done, as per website instructions!!! The suprasculpt treatment was relaxing to do afterwards and felt amazing. Again good that can control the level / intensity over the 30 minutes session. Would highly recommend and we will definitely do again!!

I tried InfraBike for the first time, and it was a very interesting experience. I thought it would be easy since it only lasts 30 minutes, but it turned out to be quite challenging. In my opinion, it’s a great alternative for some people instead of the gym or as an add to gym training. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff member was friendly, and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend it and will consider using it in the future. Thank you!

Really good experience, the place is super clean… staff are really friendly & informative. Didn’t feel pushy at all just seem enthusiastic about their equipment and what it has to offer. Will be going back.
