His approach is authoritative, knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoroughly explained the correct practice for each exercise, giving me a variety of exercises I can do at home and in the gym. Fab setting and gorgeous little clinic/gym! Andrew was super knowledgeable and really friendly! Great chat whilst he worked his magic on my tight calves, quads and glutes! Andy is brilliant, he explained the process and the benefits of the massage paired with the cupping. It was a thorough and intense massage and while it was painful that was just my muscles being worked well. My legs are feeling a lot better and I'll be back in 3 weeks for another. The cupping is a great little addition to the massage and I hardly recommend it to promote blood flow, oxygenating the muscles and releasing tension in the muscles.
