I have been a few times and each time he has really targeted the issue areas as opposed to other sports massages when they seem do everything and hope for the best. Most recently I had limited range of motion in my shoulder and after a massage and cupping I left being able to lift my arm above my head without discomfort. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing him alongside my post-car accident physio, and he's been brilliant. He really knows his stuff and always explains clearly what's happening and why, which has made a huge difference to my recovery. Every session helps me feel lighter and move better, and he's played a big part in getting me back to strength training. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and effective sports masseuse.

Matt is exceptionally talented at what he does, as someone who needs a lot of massage because of my job Iv seem a lot of massage therapists over the years but Matt is the only one Iv stick with and is by far the best. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!!
