Great physiotherapist with deep knowledge of the human body. builds a recovery plan based on the needs of the patient and takes into account all relevant aspects that came into play. Personally, i am an injured amature athele who tries to get back to triathlon after a severe injury. Michalis has helped me understand the how’s and the why’s and does everything possible to get me back in action. could not be more greatful for his care and effort to get me back in running, cycling and swimming.

Unbelievable results. I came to Dr Mike after 2 years of pain and seeing many other physiotherapists. I did not think I would ever recover from my lower back injury and he was my last attempt at regaining my previous mobility and strength. After 4 months and a few visits I am out of constant pain and can move with confidence again. I have learnt so much from each session, about my body and recovery. He is always empathetic, caring and most of all ambitious for what his clients can achieve. Dr Mike is THE best.

I tried a few physios who didn’t really get to the root of my problem - Michalis actually explained what was going on and what was causing my pain, and gave me a clear plan for how to fix it. So far so good. Woke up this morning for the first time in months with no ankle pain which was an incredible feeling. I wasn’t expecting it because I’ve only had one session. But now I know what the issue is I made sure everything I did was in a way to correct it as best I could. The reward was great. I’ve spent literally thousands over the past few years, going to see therapists weekly to fix my pain and issues. It was all lovely for a few days and then I’d be back to pain. I finally feel as though I’ll be able to fix my issues once and for all. Highly recommended.
