I recently experienced a truly healing treatment that included both massage and reflexology, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The massage was incredibly relaxing, relieving tension in my muscles and providing much-needed relief. The reflexology was equally impressive, with skilled pressure applied to key points that left me feeling balanced and rejuvenated. Brìd is an amazing reflexologist, from the moment you step inside the beautiful therapy room, there is an instant feeling of zen and calmness. I throughly enjoyed my session and felt like I was walking on air afterwards. Highly recommend!

Brid was wonderful. Very attentive and considerate. This was my 1st reflexology treatment with Brid and I will be going again. Her treatment room is spotless and you feel safe straightaway which allows you to relax. I had a wonderful sleep after treatment which is always a bonus
