I always feel, at the end of the session, somehow strengthened and armed.

Vicky had some great suggestions as to how I could deal with some things that trouble me at the moment.

It was just great to unload some of the grot that I have been holding on to. Vicky is really empathetic.

This was an initial 20 minute chat about how the service works. Vicky rang on time and was very easy to talk to so I have decided to continue with sessions to try to resolve some of my issues. It will be nice to have someone who will not be upset because I am and to whom I can just pour all this anger, grief, disappointment out to and get ideas how to deal with issues.

It was a great session. I just felt off loading. I needed someone to listen to me. I’m grateful for the safe space I was offered.

Vicky really helped me during 10 sessions, she has a very calm manner and is very easy to talk to. She has given me many tools to use to help me manage my situations. I really enjoyed being able to walk with her in the park, it’s so relaxing. I would thoroughly recommend her.

my experience of this session was different than any other, because I could finally realised how to resolve or act differently about my long term great. Actually, I started to looking at the issues from different angle. I’m really grateful for the support I received in this session. It was really helpful and informative session.
