I’ve been going to Sam for nearly two years now for both massage and reiki and have always had a great experience. The reiki has had a great impact on my mental and physical wellbeing. The massage also helps a lot with my fibromyalgia and Ehlers Danlos related chronic pain.

Bethan is a brilliant, very professional osteopath. I was suffering shoulder and arm pain for some months and sessions with Bethan relieved this from the word go with some wonderful massage therapy and exercises. I thoroughly recommend Bethan - she puts you at your ease straight away and is always a pleasure to see and chat to.

Really enjoyed. Felt a lot looser and relaxed after the massage. The head massage and hot stone massage was awsum, oils smelt lovely. Indian music, right up my street. .

Another good session today left leg and back massaged really feels a lot easier now .

This is my 2nd healing session with Sam and I am already feeling things shift & heal for me. Tears may flow but there is strength in letting go & stepping out of stuck patterns of behaviour/thoughts that no longer benefit me & my wellbeing. I leave the sessions with peace in my heart & soul 💗

I've had a few appointments with Charlie. She makes me feel comfortable and at ease during appointments, offering a relaxed environment while doing an in depth treatment each visit. Which is exactly what I need due to health reasons. Really happy with the service provided and l look forward to my appointments at the clinic. Highly recommend!
