Shock Wave Therapy has been a big success for me. I’m pain free after suffering with sacro and disc pain for nearly 12 months. I’m not taking medications anymore and I would definitely recommend it if nothing else is working for you.

I have visited Henry at Health First Osteopathy on and off over a few years now and whenever im struggling with my muscles or back for cycling i always know Henry will find out exactly whats going on and not only ease the aches and pains to gives me great advice on what i can do to help myself.

After five frustrating days off headaches, a stiff neck and back, and barely any sleep from the pain of pulling my back out of alignment, I booked to see Henry at Health First Osteopathy - and I am so glad I did. He took the time to really assess what was going wrong n and treated the problem areas thoroughly. Great welcome , then very thorough discussion of current health, date of injury and movement issues since fall.after this I had the physical examination. Mike Griffiths very thorough gave good advice on improving use on injured arm in getting out of car, putting on coat etc. Suggested ways to reduce pain too like ice packs and he fitted tape.
