As well as being super relaxing physically and mentally, my appointments with both Kate (massage and mobility) and Gemma (yoga and breathing) were so friendly and supportive, it's like instantly being among friends. Highly recommended.

As ever, Gemma gave me. wonderful deep tissue massage today. I’m. bit bruised and battered after falling during a run and she gave some extra therapy to help the bruises heal. She was also very careful working around them. Thank you Gemma!

Luiza is an incredibly knowledgeable therapist, with a calming presence, and I have full trust in her expertise. I first had a HIFU treatment and I hadn’t realized how hooded my eyes were until Luiza worked her magic! I’m thrilled with the results – it has made such a difference to both my appearance and my confidence. More recent treatments have been Radio Frequency with cupping and therapy for lymphatic drainage. Every appointment is tailored to my needs, and Luiza always takes the time to explain the treatments, how they will affect my skin, and what improvements to expect. Highly recommend

5 Stars for Gemma 5 reasons; 1. Gemma’s smile is translated through her hands 2. I had a full body massage and i don’t think she missed one inch. 3. Gemma had the perfect balance of communication 4. The neck massage alone was worth the cost 5. I have never, ever left a massage feeling the way I did! Gemma connects physically but also on a spiritual level. The biggest compliment I could pay Gemma is I had total trust in her treatment. Highly recommended, with Gemma you’re in good hands. X

Very good, know their stuff, good therapy and advice

Kate was recommended by a good friend Christian who recently went to Kate from a recommendation too! It would appear Posture & Poise is the place to go for therapy in Stratford upon Avon. It is hard not to give the experience straight 10’s as i cannot fault anything about the experience. On arriving i was greeted by Kate and shown in to a comfortable and pleasantly warm consultation room. The aroma gave a good indication of what was to come. I went for the 1 1/2 full MOT and boy did i get value for money. I went because of a tight hamstring but i left with complete movement and a huge smile :)

After an opening MOT session with Kate, I am able to bend easily again after months of gingerly easing my way around. She discussed with kindness and confidence my ADHD and how I find it affects my physical abilities, as well as tailoring her advice to work with my brain struggles!
