Time at Applewood Therapy is time well spent. It’s amazing how an hour under the hands of such an expert at her craft can reset your whole month. It’s time to put life’s events into perspective and file away all the niggles that you realise don’t actually matter. I feel so relaxed and reenergised when I leave, it’s made my whole life outside of the therapy room feel easier to manage. My tension has evaporated, my skin feels amazing, I smell wonderful and I’ve had the space to remember how to fully breathe. She’s a worker of miracles!

Excellent service again from Sue, lovely clean and relaxing experience. I was new to colonic therapy a couple of years ago and now I can't recommend it enough as I never knew how important it is and helps with so many things. I go quarterly now and being a menopausal woman this has so many benefits to help you get through it. Sue is such a lovely lady who makes you feel so relaxed you forget what you are there for, I wouldn't go anywhere else xx 😘

My experience at Applewood Therapy was amazing! Leah made me feel comfortable from start to finish in a calming environment. This is my first Indian head massage ever and it won't be my last with Leah! Applewood's therapy room is instantly calming when you arrive with tranquil music, soothing lighting and smells and Leah makes you feel welcome and at home 😊 I felt so relaxed during the treatment I fell asleep! Liesel is very professional and knowledgeable about how the mind and body functions and tailors her treatments to your personal requirements.

Kylie is a great therapist and very knowledgeable. She gave me a wonderful massage and I would definitely recommend her. My aches and pains I feel are on the mend . Such a relaxing atmosphere, I have every confidence in her. I have rebooked another appointment.
