Lainey is a great practitioner. I always walk out grateful that I have found someone that has the skills and experience that means each session is different, depending on what is going on with me physically and emotionally, and each time I get the treatment I need.

I see Lainey regularly for an hour's deep tissue/remedial massage. Lainey is so good at adapting her work according to what's needed. She finds the places that need more attention and I always come away feeling more at ease, and cared for.

Lainey is such a great therapist and person, and I thoroughly recommend her. Warm, comfortable and relaxing space for massage. Couldn't be better!

Today was my first massage with Lainey and it was great! I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage, it really helped to relax me and release some tension that I had building up! I will definitely be booking in again, the whole experience was very relaxing and Lainey made me feel extremely comfortable from the off set :)
