I went to see Matt following shoulder surgery and he set out a comprehensive plan to help guide my recovery! He provided weekly check ins to ensure I was on track and progressed exercises to help me get back to normal. I’m now back at work and have full use of my arm. Matt clearly knows his stuff and is able to communicate that in a way that's digestible for someone who has no previous injury history / knowledge of the specific issue. I booked a free discovery call as I was unsure what service I needed for my shoulder pain. Matt was really professional and knowledgeable and explained what was causing me pain. He gave me some exercises to work on in the meantime in preparation for a face to face appointment. Highly recommend.

Had an assessment booked in with Matt for a shoulder injury. He went out of his way to help me get booked in and seen as soon as possible. Once there, the studio was a really well equipped, clean and welcoming space. He was very professional, knowledgeable and gave me a comprehensive rehab plan whilst I await my MRI. Highly recommended.

Matt is great! After conversation and various tests etc, he was able to pinpoint exactly where the issue is for me. Very knowledgeable. The rehab is simple and it already feels like its working. Highly recommended seeing him if you have an issue.

I’ve been seeing Matt for help with a PCL tear. He really knows his stuff and takes the time to explain what’s going on in a simple and straight forward way. I always feel like I understand the plan and why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve noticed a real improvement since starting with him, and I’d happily recommend Matt to anyone looking for a solid physio.

Matt is very Knowledgeable , explained very clearly to me what i had done and how i would be feeling , very thorough i n what he wanted to know about my injury , i may need an operation but he has given me a good programme to work with that if i have to have a operation my elbow will be in a better position to rehab than it is now ! Booked to see Matt in 4 weeks

Really impressed by Matt. Very knowledgeable, and made everything clear and simple to understand. Managed to fit me in 24 hours after injury onset. Followed up quickly with videos of exercises to work on. Left feeling positive about rehab and already booked back in to keep progressing.
