I’ve had three of these sessions now and am really starting to see a shift in my energy. More of a therapy session than a physical session though very focussed on how things are presenting in the body. Laurian is a great practitioner, very kind and empathetic and very clearly talks through everything so you know what to expect.

Just the best 45 minutes I could imagine

Excellent as always core therapies in this case the founder Rachel immediate results with structural rebalancing and I have to tell you as a massage therapist that during any type of treatment one structural, realign, balances and optimizes the results, posture changes the way you live, very important to take care of it. I recommend a structural rebalancing to everyone.

Karoly is such a wonderful expert in what she does, you come out of her beauty room feeling refreshed with your skin glowing!

I always leave Rich in a much better frame of mind than when I arrive. Apart from his obvious skills in helping fix my aching body, his cheerful demeanour adds to the experience. Thanks Rich!
