I always recommend Nicky as she really is the master of massage! She always manages to get into the knots and areas of tension and tightness and I always come away feeling more relaxed both physically and mentally. Add in that’s she’s really lovely too and you cannot go wrong when you book an appointment with her.

After a road traffic accident I was experiencing pains in my lower back, upper back, shoulders and neck. I started coming to Nicky’s Therapy’s every 2 weeks to try and relieve the pain and be able to carry on everyday tasks. Four months on I’m feeling so much better and can now reduce to monthly appointments. Nicky has worked on all the major muscles that were causing me pain, and I can’t thank her enough for helping my recovery. Excellent knowledge and service, I thoroughly recommend Nicky’s Therapy’s.

Nicky always does a good job in treating my ailments. She takes time to listen to you before deciding what's best. I had work done on my glutes, calves and thighs aswell as Nicky doing movement exercises on my hip, allowing it more movement. Thankyou Nicky.
