I have been a client of Rich's for nearly 10 years now. He has been amazing the entire time and has taken more courses along this time in order to up skill. This has benefitted my health issues and my musculoskeletal needs due to chronic health problems no end. I literally can't function without his expertise. Can't recommend this service enough. A return visit after such a successful first appointment. I had some specific areas of tightness in my lower back, legs & feet from sport which Rich worked absolute wonders on. He gave some fantastic advice & stretch exercises. Highly recommended *****
