We had a fabulous experience. The facilities are amazing, and all the little touches show that the team really care about their clients. We really appreciated the friendly helpful service and the sauna was amazing. Will definitely return next time we are in New Plymouth.

We booked a double floating experience in the Marino Room. We were really impressed with it, everything was so cosy, beautiful and clean. We were completely sore from the Taranaki Summit Climb we did the day before. We had a really enjoyable conversation with the owner and she was so kind to offer us a Normatec Compression service as a bonus. We loved the experience and it is a good reason on its own to return to New Plymouth soon.

Always an amazing experience at the Floatation Sanctuary. You are guaranteed to relax from the moment you step through the door. The staff really care about the place and their customers and the service is top notch. I love getting the trio of compression therapy, infrared sauna and the float - the best way to recover after a hard training week.

It was an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff were amazing, and everything was clearly explained. I came out feeling incredible, with my skin and body feeling fantastic. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be going back again.

Was my first ever float and definitely not my last. The whole experience at floatation sunctuary is amazing. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door till you leave. Definitely recommend you book one

The introduction was excellent. I have thoroughly enjoy my first flotation therapy.

Absolutely amazing the atmosphere is beautiful the whole environment was so calming and the staff were wonderful.. I have to say at the end where you can choose from all the beautiful products to use and the Dyson hairdryers was fab. It topped of the whole experience amazingly

Such a nice way to unwind and relax. Beautiful place as well very clean and tidy. And so many products to try.

I came in with severe muscle cramps, crying, hardly able to walk. Over an hour later I was able to walk out smiling. Fantastic, over and above service. Thanks guys!

Devine as usual. I won't leave it so long between floats next time! These are a 'must do' for busy people who need to refill their cup and reset, so life doesn't get overwhelming. Love floating!
