As ever James was accommodating to my tardy time keeping. Poor lad had some work today on my legs as they weren’t in a good way. James adapted the planned treatment to suit what I needed and made sure I walked out of there fixed and ready to go again.

Having left it a bit too long since my last appointment, it was good to get back to the normal routine of crunching through the soft tissue. Great new venue and treatment room looking awesome. Always a good chat and catch up, hearing about his growing enterprise and working his socks off.

Haven’t seen James since before Christmas and I definitely needed the 90 minute session. Knows that I like very firm pressure and delivers top results every time. He’s happy to concentrate on the areas that I think are worse but also knows the trigger points that impacts around that area. Wouldn’t trust anyone else. Top lad who’s easy to get along with and talk to during the session. Great to see him going from strength to strength with his business.

Wonderful experience as always. The hydro facial I had was amazing and all the treatments offered are always first class.

First ever sports massage and definitely won’t be my last! James explained everything he was doing really well and checked in with how I was feeling/if things were painful/uncomfortable. I felt like I was walking on a cloud afterwards!

I have been going to James for regular massages now for nearly a year. I wouldn't go anywhere else. James gives great advice and I always feel like he puts me back together again when I leave each session. I recommend James to everybody!
