This was by far the best massage I've ever had! It felt like physiotherapy for my back—I left feeling looser, more flexible, and truly refreshed. Mark has an incredible understanding of the human skeleton and how muscles work. His knowledge and passion for his work really shine through. He immediately identified where I had issues, and I could literally feel the flexibility returning to my muscles during the session—it was like magic. I walked out feeling stretched, relaxed, and better than I have in a long time. Highly recommend!

This was an initial consultation with Molly who put me at my ease straight away. She took time to listen to the issues I have been experiencing and I am hopeful that the exercises she has recommended will reduce my levels of pain and discomfort, and improve my flexibility and mobility. Time at Applewood Therapy is time well spent. It’s amazing how an hour under the hands of such an expert at her craft can reset your whole month. It’s time to put life’s events into perspective and file away all the niggles that you realise don’t actually matter. I feel so relaxed and reenergised when I leave, it’s made my whole life outside of the therapy room feel easier to manage. My tension has evaporated, my skin feels amazing, I smell wonderful and I’ve had the space to remember how to fully breathe. She’s a worker of miracles!

Excellent service again from Sue, lovely clean and relaxing experience. I was new to colonic therapy a couple of years ago and now I can't recommend it enough as I never knew how important it is and helps with so many things. I go quarterly now and being a menopausal woman this has so many benefits to help you get through it. Sue is such a lovely lady who makes you feel so relaxed you forget what you are there for, I wouldn't go anywhere else xx 😘

My experience at Applewood Therapy was amazing! Leah made me feel comfortable from start to finish in a calming environment. This is my first Indian head massage ever and it won't be my last with Leah! Applewood's therapy room is instantly calming when you arrive with tranquil music, soothing lighting and smells and Leah makes you feel welcome and at home 😊 I felt so relaxed during the treatment I fell asleep! Kylie is a great therapist and very knowledgeable. She gave me a wonderful massage and I would definitely recommend her. My aches and pains I feel are on the mend . Such a relaxing atmosphere, I have every confidence in her. I have rebooked another appointment.

Lovely relaxing session. Lorraine can make a lash tint appointment feel like an hour of calming therapy.

Went with a painful shoulder … immediately the pain had eased after an hr therapy session . It’s definitely a hard massage and I recommend stick with it as I’m noticing a difference and it’s not even been 24hrs yet . I can’t thank Mark enough , I could honestly cry with the relief of not having that constant pain
