Siobhan gave me a wonderful hot stone back massage as well as a foot massage . I felt totally relaxed and better in myself straight away . She has created a special place in her new premises which lends itself to total relaxation

A hidden gem, you feel the warmth as soon as you step into the healing room. Siobhan not only gives the best massages but also gives a sense of healing. A lovely person who really helps you relax and heal both physically and spiritually. Wouldn't go anywhere else 😁

First appointment with Alex and have made another already. Extremely knowledgeable and knows how to get into those trigger areas.

Alex is amazing at what she does. I suffer from arthritis which has been really painful and debilitating. Alex worked her magic and the pain has gone & I have movement back.

Another excellent session with Alex tailored to my specific injuries and needs. We used a range of techniques, kit and massage and I have exercises to build on the treatment. I’ll also be attending trigger point pilates at academy HQ in the future!
